Established in 1975, Twin City Transportation, Inc. began as a pick up and delivery service for airfreight forwarders and cargo companies. As the business grew it quickly became apparent that there was a need to expand into the truckload freight arena. When moving into this new arena, we applied the same philosophy that made us successful in air freight:
Forty years later, we are still providing the quality service that companies nationwide have come to expect. Consistency, reliability, and timeliness have proven to be the key to our success. Everyone at Twin City Transportation works together, making your expectations a reality.
From our centrally located terminal in Little Rock, Arkansas, and our satellite office in Prescott, Arkansas, we offer a suite of services ready to flawlessly execute any of your shipping needs. Either as an employee or a client, working with TCT is knowing you’re in good hands.
With a low operating ratio year over year, we still provide the quality service that companies nationwide have come to expect. Consistency, reliability, and a solid financial footing have proven to be the key to our success.
TCT’s number one goal is the safety of our drivers. We know that flat tires, engine troubles, and maintenance issues can happen, and whether its 2 AM or 2 PM, we’ve got you covered. Our 24-hour emergency service is designed to be there when you need it most. From comfortable travel arrangements to driver resources, our assistance is always a phone call away.
As part of our commitment to safety, we also offer a monthly training video bonus. These videos keep our drivers educated on what to troubleshoot while on the road. We’re extremely proud of our outstanding safety ratings and the team we have dedicated to upholding it. This includes our furry team riders too!
We take our time inspecting our trucks and perform thorough maintenance checks before every run. And with our safety policies, we expect our drivers to be the most taken care of crew on the highway.
